Hi, my name is Nicholas Page, and I’m from Wales, in the United Kingdom. I have always had a big interest in technology, and how it can be used to help people and make them happy.

This interest quickly became a passion when I became aware that I could make music and create new sounds with my old desktop PC.

I came from a standard working-class background and music production was an expensive hobby, so the only way to progress and promote my music on a tight budget was to learn the new skills to promote and brand myself.

Learning the skills to brand, market and create an online presence for myself made me realise how much I enjoyed designing solutions and helping people to succeed.

I quickly became addicted to learning and creating experiences to help others.

It made so much sense to change my career choices and mindset. I now work as a freelance UX designer, developing experiences using a wide variety of tools.

I work on products and carry out a range of roles, from UX research, wireframes, branding, design, and testing to developing the final digital product, website, or experience.
